What they need
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To be assigned to Depot Team to perform all Procurement related tasks for Depot Site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performance of subcontract tenders from preparation of tender documents to tender calling up to selection of Subcontractors / Supplier / Consultants / Service Providers and issuance of Subcontract Agreement.
- Issuance of Purchase Orders including acquiring quotation, preparing comparison sheets and uploading to Claudia system.
- Processing of progress billings from Subcontractors / Suppliers / Consultants / Service Providers.
- Pre-qualification of new Subcontractors / Suppliers / Consultants / Service Providers.
- Performance evaluation of Subcontractors / Suppliers / Consultants / Service Providers.
- Performs other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the superiors.
EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- With at least 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
