What they need
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in construction quantity surveying and cost estimation.
The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender pricing, and supporting the commercial team in project-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction QS and estimation.
- Strong practical experience with PlanSwift for quantity take-off.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and measure drawings.
- Good knowledge of Excel and construction rate analysis.
- Knowledge of BOQ, subcontractor pricing, material rates, and construction methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
