What they need
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimate quantities for site development, structural and architectural scope of work per given bid plan or conceptual plan
- Securing & Evaluating price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Computing itemized and aggregate cost of a given scope of work
- Deriving labor productivity index per scope of work
- Prepares bill of quantities for bidding
- Performs related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus but not required
- With 3 years' experience with estimation & procurement
