Job Description:
Future Scaffolding & Aluminium Industries is looking for an experienced QS Engineer with a strong background in the fabrication industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and commercial support for fabrication and aluminum-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for fabrication projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and material estimates
• Monitor project costs and report variations
• Handle subcontractor inquiries, evaluations, and comparisons
• Assist in preparing invoices, progress claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil, or related field
• Proven experience as a QS Engineer in the fabrication industry (aluminum, steel, scaffolding, or related works)
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and costing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and shop drawings
• Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aluminum, facade, scaffolding, or steel fabrication projects
• Familiarity with contracts, variations, and cost control procedures
