Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan S1 Teknik Sipil
- Pengalaman sebagai QS minimal 2 tahun untuk proyek & gedung
- Memahami & Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (Minimal Passive)
- Mampu bekerja keras dan kerjasama team
- Mampu dan mahir menggunakan aplikas Excel, Word, Power Point
- Mampu Menyusun sendiri Bill of Item suatu project
- Diutamakan yang pernah & bisa menggunakan software autocad
- Memahami konsep-konsep Kontrak Pekerjaan (PerjanjianKerja) di bidang Civil & Arsitektur
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Membuat dan menyusun BoI / BoQ / RAB Proyek
- Menyusun dan membuat Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan
- Mengerti dan menguasai Perhitungan Quantity / Volume Pekerjaan Civil & Arsitektur
- Menghitung pekerjaan tambah – kurang proyek
- Menyusun dan menilai progress pekerjaan mingguan
- Mempersiapkan dokumen – dokumen untuk kelengkapan tagihan proyek
- Melakukan opname pekerjaan lapangan
