QS Executive

We are looking for QS Executive to support the Procurement Manager on their daily activities.  He/She must demonstrate the right attitude and strong work ethics, with the ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to evolving project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and construction budgets
• Take-off quantities from construction drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Monitor construction costs, variations, and progress claims
• Verify site work progress
• Prepare monthly cost reports
• Handle final accounts and project cost close-out
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Able to read drawings and do measurement accurately
• Good Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
• Knowledge of construction contracts is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work on-site and under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and responsible
