Qualifications & experience
- Min. pendidikan D3
- Min. pengalaman 3 tahun sesuai bidang
- Menguasai teknis system & material MEP
- Memahami BQ & dokumen kontrak MEP
- Menguasai perhitungan volume MEP
- Menguasai komunikasi dan aplikasi komputer dengan baik (terutama aplikasi MS. Project)
Tasks & responsibilities
Mengkoordinasikan dan melaksanakan perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan seperti: RAP, Progress claim JCI-Owner, Subcont Cost, Man Power Cost, Sub Cont progress claim, dan VO (Variation Order) JCI-Owner & JCI-Subcont
