QS/AQS

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the project team on routine operations.

• Assist dispute resolution matters

• Handle sub-contractors’ payments, main-contractor's payment & variation orders

• Prepare quantity measurements and cost estimations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying.
• 2 years or above of experience in civil works, particularly in site formation, road and drainage works is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
