Key responsibilities
- Manage technical/commercial bid proposals
- Exercise cost control for all ongoing projects
- Oversee claim submission for all ongoing projects
- Prepare and strategies prolongation/variation/loss and expenses claim submissions
- Report directly to Director
About you
- Minimum 15 years experience
- Degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management
- Good working knowledge in contract law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks
- Resourceful
- Self-motivated with high degree of integrity
- Highly Organized
- Excellent time management skills
