Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC, occupational health and safety management systems, and management system auditing principles.

• Formal training in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and internal auditing.

• Demonstrated experience in management system implementation, internal audits, management reviews, business process development, document control, certification audits, and corrective action follow-up.

• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.

• Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and drive continuous improvement across Head Office and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the Head Office and manufacturing plants in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, accreditation requirements, and business needs.

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 22000:2018, FSSC requirements, and relevant industry standards.

• Lead certification, recertification, and surveillance audit activities, including coordination with consultants and certification bodies and timely follow-up of audit findings.

• Plan and conduct internal audits of the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems at least annually, monitor corrective actions, and verify their effective closure.

• Manage internal and external controlled documents to ensure that current, approved versions are available and aligned with the company’s document hierarchy.

• Organize and facilitate management review meetings at least annually and monitor agreed actions and performance targets.

• Deliver training, workshops, and awareness sessions on quality and food safety management systems for employees across the organization.

• Review and update QMS and food safety documentation, corporate policies, vision and mission statements, divisional performance targets, and the web-based Document Management System blueprint with relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with all Head Office and plant departments to align business processes and strengthen implementation of quality and food safety standards.

• Evaluate and provide recommendations regarding external consultants, certification bodies, and document management system vendors.
