QS/QA/QC Civil Engineer

We are seeking a QS/QA/QC Civil Engineer who will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost monitoring, quality inspections, and preparation of progress billings to ensure projects meet budget, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and process progress billings and accomplishment reports.
• Verify subcontractor accomplishments and billing quantities.
• Coordinate with the project team on cost, quality, and billing concerns.
• Maintain project documentation related to QA/QC and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferably Licensed)
• With background in QS/QA/QC, or billing in construction.
• Knowledgeable in cost estimation, quality control, and billing procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
