QSR- Customer Service Representative

• Politely answer inbound calls and responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Process accurately and efficiently orders requested by the customers
• Inform customers of deals and promotions
• Generate customer interest in the company’s products and services
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
• Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
• Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
• Perform other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the management

Job Qualification:

• Must be a College Graduate
• With good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Able to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• With strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
