Location: Copperbelt, Zambia (Relocation required)

Overview

We are seeking an energetic, lively, and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain in the Copperbelt region . This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, inspires teams, and ensures operational excellence while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi‑Site Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple QSR outlets in the Copperbelt, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant, high‑energy environment.

• Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor systems for inventory management, supply chain coordination, and cost control.

• Performance Management: Track KPIs, analyse operational data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Customer Experience: Champion a lively, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s identity and builds customer loyalty.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.

• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.

• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, optimise resources, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QSR or hospitality operations management.

• Proven track record in managing multi‑site operations.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to energise and inspire teams.

• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

• Financial acumen and experience in budget management.

• Willingness to relocate to Zambia and adapt to the Copperbelt’s cultural and business environment.

• Energetic personality with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
