Qsr Trainer

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong experience in the QSR, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume frontline workforce environment.

The HRBP will be responsible for managing HR operations and employee-related matters for a workforce of approximately 400 employees, including Store Managers and frontline/store employees. The role will work closely with business leaders and store teams to ensure smooth HR operations, employee engagement, retention, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the HR Business Partner for the assigned business and store operations.

Manage HR activities for approximately 400 employees, including Store Managers and frontline employees.

Partner with Store Managers and business leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, and retention.

Handle the complete employee lifecycle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance management, and exits.

Support manpower planning and recruitment for stores and operational teams.

Monitor attrition, absenteeism, employee engagement, and retention and take corrective actions.

Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively.

Guide managers on HR policies, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and people practices.

Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and processes across stores.

Manage and mentor 2 HR team members and ensure effective execution of HR activities.

Coordinate with operations/business teams to understand manpower requirements and people-related challenges.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve the overall employee experience.

Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, and other HR metrics.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Conduct regular store visits and interact with employees and Store Managers to understand and resolve people-related concerns.

Required Skills & Experience

6 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or other high-volume frontline operations.

Strong experience in HRBP / HR Generalist / Employee Relations roles.

Experience handling a large employee population of 300 / 500+ employees.

Prior experience working with Store Managers / Operations Managers / frontline workforce.

Experience in employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, performance management, and HR operations.

Should have experience managing a small HR team.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location/store environment.

Strong knowledge of HR policies and basic labour law compliance.
