What they need
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of development experience in Quadient Inspire platform.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Inspire Dynamic Communications
- Inspire Scaler
- Inspire Designer
- Experience designing responsive, rule-based templates for omnichannel output.
- Good understanding of scalable architecture and document generation performance tuning using Scaler.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Inspire Interactive is a plus.
- Familiarity with print/email/SMS delivery formats.
- Experience in migrating templates from legacy systems to Quadient.
- Basic scripting or XML/XSLT knowledge for content manipulation.
