Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Location: Alpharetta GA, Frisco TX, Barkley height NJ, Omaha NE, Coral Springs FL, Indianapolis IN (Hybrid)
• Duration: Long Term Contract (With high possibility of extension)
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Quadient Inspire.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop communication templates, workflows, and document-generation solutions.
• Work on customer communications such as statements, notices, letters, invoices, and regulatory documents.
• Perform validation, testing, debugging, and production support activities.
• Participate in effort estimation and project planning.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of design principles and software architecture.
• Performance engineering and optimization.
• Quality processes and estimation techniques.
• Ability to convert functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Test case creation and execution.
• Good understanding of Agile and SDLC practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
• Development of customer statements, loan documents, onboarding kits, policy documents, and regulatory communications.
• Integration with APIs, CRM systems, core banking systems, and enterprise applications.
• High-volume document processing and omnichannel communication delivery.
