Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor

We're hiring a full-time Qualified Autism Services Practitioner - Supervisor (QASP-S) to join our growing

ABA therapy practice in Houston. In this role, you'll provide direct behavior services, supervise Registered

Behavior Technicians, and support treatment plans under BCBA clinical direction — playing a key part in

helping children and families thrive.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Location: In-person, Houston, TX

• Compensation: $30–$40/hour, commensurate with experience

• Employment Type: W-2, hourly

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy sessions with clients

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) during sessions and provide feedback

• Assist with implementation of treatment plans developed by the BCBA

• Complete session notes and data collection accurately and on time

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical training

• Support parent training and family consultation as directed by the BCBA

• Model professionalism and best practices for clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Current QASP-S certification through the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA)

• Ability to pass a full background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to move, sit on the floor, and physically engage with young clients during sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Prior experience in an ABA clinic or in-home ABA setting

• Familiarity with EHR/practice management platforms
