The Hahndorf Market are seeking a Full-Time qualified Baker to join our award winning and growing team of passionate Bakers. What you'll be doing

• Assisting with preparation, mixing, baking and packing a variety of breads and sweet yeast products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the Bakery.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• A team player collaborating with a passionate team maintaining high efficiency.
• Effectively work under time constraints while ensuring quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certificate III in Baking preferred.
• Experience in a commercial Bakery with industrial ovens or in a food industry.
• Must be available to start work at 2am for early morning shifts.
• Good physical stamina and be able to lift 25kg.
• Own reliable transport and have active driver's license.
• Ability to follow recipes and understand methods.
• Must hold valid Australian work rights or visa.
