Qualified Builder / Carpenter

Archibuild is hiring a qualified builder to join our close-knit team — great pay, quality projects, and a crew that values your skills.

We’re looking for a skilled, qualified builder to join our tight-knit crew. Most of our work is based in Central and East Auckland, with a strong pipeline of residential renovations and extensions well into 2027. This is your chance to work on high-quality builds where craftsmanship matters and no two days are the same.

We’re a small, down-to-earth team that takes pride in what we build and enjoys keeping things positive on site. If you’re ready to put your skills to work, grow your career, and join a company that truly supports its people, we’d love to hear from you!

What we are looking for

• Qualified builder with solid experience (5+ years is a big plus)
• Skilled in residential new builds, renovations and extensions
• Proficient in all works from foundation to finishing
• Strong communicator who works well with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Driven and proactive, with a strong focus on getting results
• Adaptable and comfortable with change
• Team player who’s willing to pitch in when needed
