Since 2015, New Space’s team of experienced full-time builders and network of professionals have worked throughout Auckland, across all areas of commercial construction and building maintenance.

We are a hands-on team focused on quality outcomes and building strong relationships throughout our network.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Builder with a broad skillset to join our team and support general building and maintenance work across a variety of our projects. This role involves work throughout the Auckland Region and includes:

• Internal Fit-out Work
• GIB Work
• Framing
• Fit-off fixtures
• General Maintenance Work

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Qualified Builder
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong team player
• Have your own tools
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa

What we are offering

• Hourly rate $38.00 - $40.00/hr
• Company vehicle provided
• Company phone provided
• Working hours 45/wk
• Immediate start
