Qualified CA-IND AS-AGM

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review technical, accounting, and auditing memorandums.
• Evaluate accounting of complex financial instruments.
• Prepare financial statements to ensure financial statements comply with Ind AS.
• Supervise, guide, and prepare consolidated and separate financial statements under Ind AS, IFRS, and GAAP.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures aligned with IND AS standards.
• Assess the accounting treatment for significant contracts, revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and other critical areas.
• Provide guidance and clarification on IND AS-related matters to ensure consistent interpretation and application.

Job Requirements :

• Education: Qualified CA
• 10-20 years of experience in finance or accounting industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IND AS, GAAP, and Indian accounting standards.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools such as Excel or specialized accounting systems.
