Beachfront Company Pty Ltd has several vacancies for suitable Qualified Chefs for its prominent restaurant on Hastings St, Noosa Heads Qld. This busy restaurant is open 7 days a week.
- This full time position offers an attractive Salary plus Super
- Applicants will possess the following skills & experience
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Experience working in fast paced kitchen
- Good all round kitchen skills
- Proven ability to run kitchen in absence of Head Chef
- Work with Head Chef to plan regular & function menus
- Experience in cost control and stock management
- Ability to adhere to all food safety requirements and standards
- Experience in supervising, mentoring and training other staff
- Must have good team spirit and work ethic
- Professional, hard working and enthusiastic
