About the role

We are looking for a proactive experienced Chef de Partie with high standards to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in creating exceptional dishes and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of the kitchen's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes in a timely manner and uphold the highest standards of culinary quality, recipe accuracy, and presentation.
• Oversee kitchen expenditure through disciplined portion control and waste-minimization
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times in compliance with health regulations, while monitoring food quality to ensure consistent flavor and presentation.

About you

• Minimum of 3 years experience in high end and fast paced establishments
• Creativity and passion for the industry
• Very strong planning and organisational skills
• Communication skills and ability to multi task
• Positive attitude and temperament
