Your Role:

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Lead and develop kitchen staff
• Maintain high food quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with suppliers and contribute to a dynamic, seasonal menu
• Be great at both prep and service across one or more sections

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced venue
• Solid kitchen leadership and team management skills
