Qualified CWB Welder

What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG welding in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and CWB requirements.
• Use your CWB welding qualifications and experience to produce high-quality welds.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Complete welding work accurately and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards.
• Safely use hand tools such as grinders, hammers, and other welding equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid CWB welding qualification required.
• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
