About the Role

Are you a qualified Dental Nurse looking for a new opportunity in a friendly, modern private practice?

Little Common Dental Practice is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and reliable Dental Nurse to join our team.

We are a family-run, fully private dental practice offering a wide range of treatments, including dental implants, sedation, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics and general dentistry. We also provide a referral service for other dental practices requiring access to our specialist services.

Our established team consists of three general dentists, a restorative consultant and two hygienists. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent chairside assistance across a range of dental treatments.
• Preparing and maintaining surgeries, instruments and equipment.
• Following cross-infection control and decontamination procedures.
• Supporting clinicians during general and specialist dental treatments.
• Ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and following practice policies.
• Working collaboratively with the dental team to maintain high standards of care.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
• Caring, professional, reliable and enthusiastic.
• A proactive team player who can work confidently in a busy practice.
• Well organised, with good communication and computer skills.
• Committed to excellent patient care and clinical standards.

Knowledge of SOE would be an advantage. Experience in dental implants and sedation would be beneficial but is not essential, as we welcome nurses who are keen to develop their skills in specialist dentistry.
