About the Educator position

·       We are seeking an experienced Assistant Educator with an ACECQA-recognised Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualification.

·       This is a full-time position.

·       We document programming through OWNA and Big Books.

·       You will support engaging, meaningful programs by providing thoughtful provocations that enhance children’s learning, exploration and documentation.

·       You will understand and uphold paramountcy considerations, placing the safety, wellbeing and best interests of children at the centre of all decisions, interactions and daily practice.

·       You will support our sustainability and Bush Kindy programs and share our commitment to environmental awareness.

·       You will be a confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with educators, children, families and the wider community.

·       Please submit a covering letter and resume outlining your experience as an Educator, including your approach to supporting programs, providing meaningful provocations that enhance children’s learning and documentation, and collaborating with educators, children, families and the wider community.

·       Please include details of your ACECQA-recognised Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualification.

·       Please confirm that you hold a current Blue Card and current First Aid qualification.

·       Please confirm you hold recent training in, Child Safety and Child Protection.

·       Please provide at least two referees who we may contact.
