Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks with precision
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to execute projects accurately
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical systems to prevent future issues
• Document all work performed thoroughly and report any safety hazards or discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a qualified electrician with a strong background in electrical installation and repair
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and relevant safety regulations
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret wiring diagrams accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting complex electrical issues
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid Level 3 and NVQ
• Must have 18th edition certification
• Inspection and testing experience sought after
• Valid, clean driving licence

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
