Your Role at Green Exteriors

• Run and supervise residential landscape construction sites, keeping jobs on time and on budget
• Lead, mentor and train apprentices, helping them grow alongside you
• Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and order materials
• Communicate effectively with your on-site team, suppliers and clients
• Execute all landscaping tasks to an exceptionally high standard
• Maintain a safe, efficient worksite while delivering exceptional craftsmanship

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Completed Certificate III in Landscape Construction, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Leadership: Experience running or supervising sites and leading a crew, and a genuine passion for mentoring
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of hard and soft construction techniques and experience on high-end projects
• Skills: Able to read and execute detailed landscape master plans
• Must-have: A current Australian driver's licence
