What they need
About The DEN Group
At The DEN Nursery Group, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. Our nurseries are safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children are supported to flourish, thrive, and reach their full potential.
Everything we do is rooted in nature – from our outdoor learning spaces to our wholesome, freshly prepared meals. We focus on natural spaces, natural food, and natural learning, tailored for every child.
We’re looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to help us bring The DEN’s values to life in our Earl Shilton setting.
Role Purpose
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for all children, ensuring they are safe, happy, and thriving every day. You’ll support children’s learning and development through play, creativity, and exploration — helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
You’ll also work closely with your team to deliver our bespoke curriculum and build strong, positive relationships with parents and families.
