We’re looking for a qualified wall and floor tiler to join our small, established residential renovation business in Adelaide.

We specialise in high-quality bathroom renovations and take pride in delivering beautiful finishes without the pressure of high-volume work.

We’re interested in hearing from both experienced tilers who take pride in their workmanship and those with the skills and initiative to take ownership of renovation projects.

What’s on offer?

• $85,000–$95,000 + super, depending on experience
• Company vehicle provided subject to agreed arrangements

About the role

You’ll primarily be responsible for completing wall and floor tiling for residential bathroom renovations to a consistently high standard.

Your work will be an important part of delivering the quality our clients expect.

Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to take greater ownership of projects and help coordinate the day-to-day running of renovation jobs.

About you

We’re open to candidates with different levels of experience, provided you have the right trade skills and attitude.

You’ll ideally have:

• A recognised tiling qualification or the appropriate trade credentials.
• Practical experience in residential wall and floor tiling.
• Experience with bathroom renovations.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• A reliable, professional approach and the ability to work independently as well as a team.

Experience that would be a bonus:

• Reading plans and identifying potential issues before work begins
• Coordinating work with other trades
• Managing your own workload and working to project schedules
• Taking responsibility for bathroom renovation jobs from start to finish

You don’t need to have previous supervisory experience to apply. We’re happy to consider a great tiler who wants to focus on their trade, as well as someone ready to step into a more senior role.
