Qualifying Listing Agent

The Qualifying Listing Agent is a key role in a villa management and real estate company in Bali, primarily responsible for following up with potential leads and securing high-quality villa listings. This role involves building relationships with property owners through phone calls, evaluating property suitability, and ensuring the company’s portfolio aligns with market demand and quality standards. We are specifically seeking a Philippine candidates for this position to complement our team.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead Follow-Up

• Contact potential villa owners via phone to introduce the company’s services and explain listing opportunities.
• Build rapport with property owners and address their questions or concerns.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to secure listing agreements.

Property Evaluation

• Gather essential details about villas during calls and assess their suitability for the portfolio.
• Arrange and coordinate property inspections as needed.

Owner Relationship Management

• Build trust and maintain positive relationships with villa owners.
• Provide advice to owners on how to maximize their property’s value for rental or sale.

Market Awareness

• Stay informed about Bali’s real estate market trends and villa standards.
• Provide insights on pricing and market conditions to property owners.

Record Keeping & Reporting

• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and agreements.
• Report progress and results to the team regularly.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or real estate is a plus).
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (phone-based roles preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable making high volumes of calls.
• Basic understanding of Bali’s real estate market (training can be provided).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and record-keeping tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate, property management, or villa rental services in Bali.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of luxury villa standards and customer expectations.
