The role

You’ll work across a range of client sectors and internal client teams, running qualitative projects from inception through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing projects from inception to delivery
• Qualitative research design, moderation and analysis
• Preparing reports and presenting to clients
• Liaising with clients day to day and building strong relationships
• Working with the research and operations teams to meet deadlines

About you

• Minimum 3 years’ qualitative research experience within a research agency
• Hands-on experience with focus groups, in-depth interviews and ethnographic research
• Experience managing research programmes for large multinational clients
• Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, writing and numeracy skills
• Comfortable using AI tools
• A master’s in a research, behavioural, social science, analytical or human-centred design discipline is a distinct advantage

Salary 40-45,000
