Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls, customer interactions, and team performance.
• Ensure quality standards and processes are followed.
• Identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain QA records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience and operational quality.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and performance.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Analyst in BPO/ Quality Assurance in BPO / Call Quality in BPO Sectors roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good analytical and observation skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and provide actionable feedback.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, on-site environment.
• Knowledge of multiple regional languages will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
