Quality Scoring & Feedback Delivery.
Collaborate with training teams to design coaching sessions
Required Candidate profile
Strong analytical & listening skills. Min. 2 Years of exp. in quality assurance or customer service preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems, call/email monitoring platforms will be an added advantage.
