Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating processes to ensure they meet established quality standards. Key tasks include conducting quality assurance activities, analyzing data for process improvement, and maintaining adherence to quality management systems. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills and experience in Quality Management
• Strong Communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a Quality Analyst or related role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related area
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards or certifications is a plus
