Job Summary
Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of agricultural commodities through inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance with company standards. The role involves monitoring quality across procurement, storage, processing, and dispatch while ensuring adherence to food safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming agricultural commodities for quality, grading, and specifications.
- Conduct sampling and quality checks during procurement, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Investigate quality deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor storage conditions to maintain product quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and MIS.
