What they need
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 12 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
* BPO experience is mandatory.
* Experience in Voice/Customer Support process preferred.
* Strong knowledge of QA tools, audit parameters, and quality frameworks.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Candidates from PAN India with BPO QA experience can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate customer interactions as per quality standards.
* Conduct call/chat audits and provide constructive feedback.
* Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
* Prepare quality reports and maintain audit trackers.
* Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to improve performance.
* Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality metrics.
* Participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews.
