About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Executive / Quality Officer to join the Quality team at our manufacturing facility in Sambhajinagar. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and laboratory testing, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that raw materials, in-process materials and finished products meet defined specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
• Perform laboratory tests as per defined SOPs, specifications and quality parameters.
• Maintain accurate test reports, quality records and documentation.
• Monitor product quality at different stages of the manufacturing process.
• Identify and report quality deviations, defects and non-conformities.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments for resolution of quality issues.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and quality-related investigations.
• Support internal audits and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Ensure proper handling, calibration and maintenance of laboratory/testing equipment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Chemistry / Physics fundamentals and laboratory testing.
• Understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance concepts.
• Knowledge of SOPs, specifications, sampling and testing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools, RCA and CAPA will be an advantage.
• Good documentation and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Physics
• Freshers with relevant academic/laboratory exposure can apply.
• Candidates with**–3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratory Testing or Manufacturing Quality** will be preferred.
