Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

VIOBILITY Research Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our Quality Control Laboratory Team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through testing, documentation, and compliance with applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Maintain and update quality control documentation and records accurately.
• Monitor laboratory processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
• Handle and operate pharmaceutical laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and Analytical Balance, including routine analysis and calibration-related activities.
• Identify deviations and Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and support investigation activities.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Research teams to maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical/analytical laboratory is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Assay, Dissolution Testing, and HPLC is preferred.
• Freshers may also apply, provided they have good practical laboratory knowledge gained during their academic studies.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with analytical laboratory instruments.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and laboratory practices.
• Good understanding of chemicals, laboratory handling, and analytical procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of GDP/GLP guidelines.
• Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with strong practical knowledge of laboratory work and chemicals will be preferred.

Experience

1–2 years preferred; Freshers with good practical knowledge may also apply.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, practical knowledge, and interview performance.

Preference: Candidates with a B.Sc./M.Sc. background, good practical laboratory knowledge, and sound knowledge of chemicals and analytical techniques will be preferred.
