What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Monitor processes for quality and compliance with SOPs.
- Conduct process audits and quality checks.
- Identify process gaps, errors and compliance issues.
- Prepare MIS, quality reports and audit findings.
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality KPIs, TAT and error rates.
- Coordinate with Operations teams for issue resolution.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with experience in Quality, Compliance, Operations or Process Audit.
- Good knowledge of SOPs, audits and compliance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps and drive corrective actions.
