Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in medical records, patient care, and hospital operations.
• Review and analyze data from various sources to measure performance against established standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Develop reports summarizing audit results and recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to revenue cycle management (RCM) billing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the US healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical record keeping practices.
• Proficiency in ROI analysis, RCM billing, revenue cycle management, quality management, quality audit, quality analysis, and US healthcare systems.
