Job Description

VERQON CORP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) to monitor process quality, evaluate agent performance, identify errors and support continuous improvement across BPO operations.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in quality monitoring, call auditing, process compliance or BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate agent performance against defined quality parameters and SOPs.
• Conduct call audits and review customer interactions, wherever applicable to the assigned process.
• Identify process errors, communication gaps and compliance issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly quality reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to agents.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to address recurring quality issues.
• Track quality scores, error trends and corrective actions.
• Participate in calibration sessions and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
• Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
• Escalate critical errors and recurring performance issues to management.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO quality assurance or quality monitoring.
• Understanding of quality parameters, SOPs and performance metrics.
• Good observation, analytical and documentation skills.
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Clear communication and feedback skills.
• Ability to identify patterns, maintain audit accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility

• Graduate preferred.
• Prior BPO experience in Quality Assurance, call monitoring or process auditing is desirable.
• Must be comfortable working from the office in Bhopal.
• Must be comfortable with the stated salary range and applicable shift schedule.

Compensation

₹14,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, quality-monitoring skills and interview performance.
