Quality Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
• Creating a test plan as per the system requirements.
• Using the plan to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
• Write and Review Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Provide Feedback to team for better test coverage and risk mitigation.
• QA automation Implementation and End to End tracking Experience
• Focus on Functional Requirement with details process knowledge and System Knowledge.
• Using the plan to hunt down and fix software bugs.
• Looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place
• Exceptional Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis Skills with Change of Requirement.
• Follow the standard processes, documentations for all projects and solutions, ensure processes used within the team meet quality standards as per the policies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• To demonstrate working functionality/user stories to the product owner and/or during team showcases.
• Hands-on experience in various testing type like Compatibility Testing, Black Box Testing, Smoke Testing.
• Knowledge in Usability Testing, Integration Testing and Sanity Testing.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology, source management.
• Knowledge of VAPT, CERT-IN, etc. security testing along with its tools and techniques will be added advantage.
• Understanding of Code Release, Deployment Solution.
• Proactive attitude ability to work effectively in a team
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Self-Driven Optimization with Continuous Monitoring and Risk Mitigation.
• Mentor Train the team member.
• To work with minimal supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
