• Monitor, analyze, audit, and assess the quality of inbound, and outbound calls, of
  customer support and sales agents

• Prepare and present statistical data to identify the issues in performance

• Offer solutions and suggestions for process improvement

• Maintain confidentiality regarding performances and results

• Conduct one on one feedback sessions with customer support and sales agents
