Quality Analyst (Content Writer 2)

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Participate in product launches, inclusive of coordination with project coordinators and operations leads
• Review initial draft documents submitted by writers to ensure absolute readiness for Content Strategist (CS) and Stakeholder (SH) approval.
• Verify that all technical content matches the requirements, specifications, and scope provided by Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure terminology and messaging are logical, fluid, and highly relevant to the subject matter. Fix and polish grammar, punctuation, and style issues to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Log all identified issues in the Quality Evaluation tool and conduct secondary quality checks when a writer resubmits a draft following stakeholder feedback.
• Track, analyze, and consolidate common writer pain points to inform future training initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Partner with writers to address recurring errors, guide them on best practices, and support their technical writing growth.
• Identify knowledge / process gaps, and collaborate with operation leads in providing solutions

Who Thrives Here:

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical or instructional writer with strong understanding of smart technology
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a quality analyst
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support project
• High English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Completed at least 2 years in college with a clean academic record (no back subjects).
• Advanced writing and analytical skills, featuring an advanced grasp of smart, networking, and consumer tech devices (such as smartphones and smartwatches).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for documentation, tracking changes, and data entry.
• The interest and high level ability to write articles such as Knowledge Base, Help Center articles in line with latest technological trends
• Ability to write concise and reader-friendly instructions such as gadget user manuals
• Openness to work in a shifting schedule
• Work in a team-oriented environment
