Graduate with discipline
5-7 years of experience
- Audit at least 30 calls (average) per day.
- Ensure calls meet with prescribed quality standards and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor and report incorrect responses.
- Assist with the definition of quality service standards.
- Conclude observations and share the same with concerned teams in a time bound manners.
- Any other assignment/responsibility given by NHA
