Job Description – Quality Analyst | CDQA Process

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality and compliance.
• Conduct quality audits and provide accurate feedback.
• Identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and audit records.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to associates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Work closely with the operations and training teams to improve overall quality performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a day-shift environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
