Quality Analyst (QA)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced quality analyst / Call Auditor to monitor, audit, and evaluate voice interactions using AI-based quality monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in voice call auditing, compliance, and customer experience analysis, preferably within the automobile or auto-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform voice call auditing and quality monitoring across sales and customer service teams.
• Utilise AI voice audits and AI-based quality monitoring systems to analyse call quality and agent performance.
• Evaluate calls against QA scorecards, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Conduct call quality and customer experience trend analysis to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports using MS Excel.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years in voice call auditing/QA within automobile, auto-tech, BPO, or contact centre environments (e.g., CARS24, CarDekho, Spinny, CarTrade, Maruti True Value, Toyota U Trust, ACKO, etc.).
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English & Hindi.
• Proficiency in at least one regional language (Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
• Skills: Strong expertise in QA scorecards, SOP compliance, MS Excel reporting, and analytical reasoning.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
