Quality Analyst (Voice)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats.
• Conduct quality audits as per defined quality parameters and SOPs.
• Identify errors, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to agents.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and performance dashboards.
• Conduct calibration sessions with operations and training teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
• Track quality scores and identify recurring issues to improve customer experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
